    A full refresh of your space tailored to your style and budget where you are given the framework to install a beautiful design yourself. Custom design board with perfectly curated furniture, decor and finishes with a shopping list with links. Floor plan with notes on placement and email communication throughout the process

Our Process

Our design process is where the magic really happens! We guide you through each phase, from brainstorming the perfect design to managing orders, coordinating with contractors, and making sure every piece is in place. Whether you're taking on a full renovation or giving a single room a fresh new look, we make the journey just as enjoyable as the result. By the end, you’ll have a space that’s beautifully designed, functional, and uniquely yours—and we’ll be with you every step of the way.

  • We start with a 45-minute in-person meeting for our local friends (and a video call for our long-distance ones), where we’ll get to know each other, learn about your project scope, budget, and timelines. After we’ve got all the details of your design hopes + dreams, we’ll create and send over a design proposal with all the details and the estimated cost of your project purchase all decor and furnishings from your design

  • Here comes the fun part! The design process starts when we send you homework (the fun kind, aka a design questionnaire and Pinterest board), and then we’ll follow it up with a meeting to get measurements for your project, review your homework, and schedule all of the meetings for Design Phase I, so you know exactly what’s happening and when. 

  • After we hash out your design plans + you give the final approval, it’s time to start ordering and tracking all of the goods. We use a receiving warehouse to make sure all of your furniture is delivered in one swoop, and our Procurement Team stays on top of the details every step of the way. The best part? We never keep you in the dark, so you can expect regular updates with details on the whereabouts of all of your furniture and materials at any given point in the design process

  • The moment construction begins, we work closely alongside the general contractor to ensure all aspects of our design are installed and completed to perfection. And just like the Ordering & Tracking Phase, you’ll receive regular progress reports to keep you informed during every step (so you’re never kept in the dark). We schedule a day (or days) to have your furniture delivered and install all styling elements to complete your final design.
